We work with different suppliers around the world, so the shipping costs depend entirely on them.

Delivery times of orders.

The following applies to all products in stock: All orders received have delivery times depending on the supplier of the product.

Delivery of orders.

The order will only be delivered to you at the address you provide. If you are not at home, a family member with the corresponding documentation must receive it. If no one is at the address indicated, the package will be taken to the nearest warehouse of the shipping company, where you will have to pick it up.

Deliveries abroad.

We ship all over the world, so we have different suppliers. The costs can be seen in the payment gateway.

Transport damage.

Please check the package carefully on receipt and report any damage immediately to contact@spozz.club
